Information For Schools

If you are a school and wish to order and pay by purchase order and invoice then you can do this by simply emailing us  at enquiries@apparel4outdoors.co.uk once you have created your account on the website.

We will validate your application as a school and once approved by us your account will be grouped on our website as a school.  You can browse and shop on the site in the usual way.

When you have selected your items and gone to checkout  you will be able to select a payment option of "School Purchase Order - Payment by Invoice". This will allow you to complete the order without making payment at that point.

We will still require a copy of an approved purchase order sent by email before we can ship your order. Copy purchase orders can be emailed to: enquiries@apparel4outdoors.co.uk

Once we have received your order we will send your chosen items along with our invoice.

Furthermore as a school you will automatically receive a 2.5% discount on our advertised prices!

We understand how hard it is to get the correct sizes for all your children and if you need advice on sizing please call us on 0843 289 4884 where our experienced  sales team will be glad to help.

Don't worry if you do end up with the wrong sizes we will be happy to exchange any garments which aren't suitable providing they are in an as new condition and still in their original packaging.
